Photographs of the item are only part of the picture. Include stairs, landings, door openings and tight turns along the route out and in. Note the distance from the moving vehicle to the entrance and any elevator limitations.
A destination room may be large enough while its approach is difficult. Equipment, staffing and suitability need to be considered against the actual access.
