A CLOSER LOOK AT YOUR MOVE
Know how the community works
A street address is only the start when your home sits within a managed community. The visitor entrance may be different from the delivery entrance.
A gatehouse may need a resident contact, and a condo building may require a separate reservation. Ask management for its current moving instructions, then share them with us before a date is confirmed.
A CLOSER LOOK AT YOUR MOVE
Build an inventory beyond the bedrooms
Walk through the garage, lanai, closets and storage areas as well as the main rooms. Patio furniture, bicycles, shelving and packed seasonal decorations can add meaningful work. Note anything that needs dismantling or special attention.

Plan around the household
If school, work or caring for a family member limits your schedule, include that in the first conversation. Set aside a quiet place for pets and keep one bag of everyday necessities out of the shipment. At the destination, choose the rooms that need attention first.

Keep changes visible
A move can become more complicated when a closing shifts or new furniture arrives on the same day. Tell us about planned deliveries and any uncertainty around possession of the home.
Ask whether packing help or storage would suit the situation. Frank & Sons has been family owned since 1982.
Can I arrange a move within the same North Naples community?
Ask our office about the date and addresses. Even a nearby move needs an inventory and an access review, especially when different buildings have different instructions.
Do I need to tell the gatehouse about the move?
Check with your community manager. Share any required entry arrangements with us, including the correct gate and the person authorized to approve access.
Can I request help packing just a few rooms?
Yes, you can discuss a partial packing request. Identify the rooms and fragile items involved so the office can review the scope, materials and availability.
