A sofa can fit beautifully in your living room and still need careful planning to get there. Check elevator door openings, hallway turns and the entrance to your unit when considering larger pieces.
Share photos or dimensions of furniture that may be difficult to maneuver. Mention stairs, long corridors and any steps between the loading area and elevator.

Condo floor plans often reward a little planning ahead. Decide where larger furniture belongs and keep the entrance clear while belongings arrive.
Label boxes by their final room and identify the items you want access to first. If you are moving into a seasonal residence, separate what will stay in Naples from what is returning with you.

Who reserves the service elevator?
Your building determines its reservation process. In many cases the resident arranges access through management. Confirm responsibility early and send the approved time window and any related instructions to the moving team.
What if a piece will not fit in the elevator?
Tell us before moving day and provide dimensions and photos. The item and available access need assessment. Do not assume stair transport or another method is possible without a specific review.
