A moving inquiry may include your name, phone number, email address, moving locations, preferred date, service needs and any notes you choose to share. We use information you provide to discuss your request, prepare the next steps for an estimate and communicate about the services you ask us to consider. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for your move.
The online estimate form
Online estimate requests are currently being prepared. The form does not yet send the details you enter to our team. Please call or email to make an inquiry. If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share through those channels and use it to respond to your moving request.
Website operation and external links
Website hosting systems may record standard technical information, such as an internet address, browser information, requested pages and access times, to operate and maintain the site. Links to maps, social media or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Information you provide on those sites is governed by their policies.
Your contact information
We do not sell contact information provided for a moving inquiry. If you have a question about information you sent, would like to correct it or want to discuss its removal, contact info@frankandsonsmovingandstorage.com. Explain the request and how we can identify the related inquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive documents through the estimate form.
Your checklist preferences
The interactive moving checklist can save the tasks you have checked in your browser’s local storage. It saves task choices only, not personal details, and does not send those choices to us. Use Reset checklist or clear your browser’s site data to remove that progress.
